Following the continued Introduction of ISPM15 Wood Packaging Regulations, by more and more countries throughout the world, All Pallets Ltd invested in its own Heat Treatment Kiln facility in 2006, and in Licensed by the Forestry Commission to Heat Treat products to these Regulations.

Since 2006 we have Heat Treated over 250 000 pallets!

Our Heat Treatment facility

• Is computer controlled, and automatically maintains the correct core temperatures for the required time period
• Allows us to Heat Treat, stamp and certify any wooden packaging
• Recycled used pallets
• New pallets
• Packing cases and crates
• Our clients’ own wood packaging items, such as reels and cores
• Is regularly calibrated and inspected to ensure that we continue to meet the requirements of ISPM15, and our licence FC0346.

Once Heat Treated, stamped and Certified, this treatment is guaranteed for the life of the product – although it is nullified if the product is repaired of modified after the Heat Treatment.

For this reason, when buying Heat Treated products, you should ensure that the supplier’s own Forestry Commission number appears on all the products and documentation, otherwise this could lead to serious delays at the port of entry.
